Music Collection lets you assign very specific tags to your collection, including its price, barcode, and even sound quality. Once you get the information inside, you can organize it however you like - by year, genre, artist, and more. Instead, you have to enter all of the information in, manually, or download it from the Web. You can't import any information from a ripped or downloaded CD, either. Sadly, it won't scan your existing files and add them to the collection. Music Collection helps you organize your collection and target any new releases you want to purchase.

Even though most of its organization features are already available in actual music players, you might like it if you're really into organizing your music and want to have a separate system just for the details of your entire collection.

You can create as many collections as you would like and export them in a Microsoft Access format. They are always helpful, friendly, supportive and know how to solve your problem.There may be some manual data entry on your part, but Music Collection helps you organize all of your music, efficiently, so that you can locate any song, album, or artist quickly and easily. On the minimal number of occasions I have contacted support (once as a newbie and recently being very forgetful!) - they are superb! Often replying within a short period of time (note to self: maybe support don’t work 24/7 Sundays take a bit longer!). But, CLZ Music is no less useful if you don’t complete those fields. There are multiple fields that I have thought, that would be really interesting to record. Even beyond the “presets” it is infinitely flexible and user driven - ideal for the most exacting of audiophiles in my opinion. Adding or deleting as the mood or time takes you. CLZ Music is very flexible - you can enter as much or as little data as you want about your collection. I have been using CLZ Music for a couple of years now - and it’s brilliant! Like others, I wanted a way to organise my music collection - Vinyl, CD and digitised.
